TMA Rental Terms
PAYMENT TERMS
An initial deposit is due upon confirmation of your booking and will be deducted from your nominated credit card. This must be paid by Visa or Master card only. PLEASE NOTE: this deposit is non-refundable.
A second stage payment of 30% of the total invoice amount is also required at the time of booking confirmation. This amount is collected by way of Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. This payment will be deducted from your nominated credit card shortly after booking has been confirmed.
The Balance Amount, shown in your payment breakdown, is due 7 days prior to the pick up date. This amount will also be collected using the nominated credit card provided upon submitting your booking.

Our low-mileage motorcycles are dealer-serviced and maintained. While they look impeccable and ride smoothly, your safety is our top priority. Below are our policies for all motorcycle rentals. These are dictated by our insurance company and are non-negotiable.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be over 25 years old and have a valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement and at least one year of riding experience on a similar bike. Special arrangements may be made if renter is over 21.
- Helmet and gloves are mandatory. If you do not have these or wish to travel with them, please let us know prior to your arrival so we can reserve them for you.
- A pre-rental evaluation ride is mandatory to make certain you are comfortable and confident with the operation of the motorcycle.

- A $2,000 security credit hold is placed on your credit card and immediately released at the end of the rental period when the motorcycle is returned without damage.

PICK UP AND DROP OFF TIME
Pick up and drop off times are flexible to fit the customers location. The supplier meets clients by appointment only so this allows the supplier to be flexible to meet at most any time of the day or evening.
A $50 fee will be applicable for pick up or drop off on a Sunday.
INSURANCE
Our daily motorcycle rental rate for each motorcycle includes the state-required mandatory liability insurance fee. This coverage is in place for your protection should you cause an accident that injures someone or damages their property.
In addition to the mandatory liability insurance included in our rental rates, the following optional coverage is available to you at an additional cost:
Supplemental Liability Insurance: At $4.95 per day, this provides greater protection against claims made by a third party for bodily injury and/or property damage sustained as a result of an accident. Coverage up to $300,000.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): At $15 per day, this waiver limits your damage liability to the security deposit of $1,500 instead of the full cost of the motorcycle. Your personal automobile insurance policy may or may not provide coverage for your responsibility of the loss of or damage to a rented vehicle during the rental term. Before deciding whether to purchase the damage waiver, you may wish to determine whether your automobile policy provides you coverage for rental vehicle damage or loss.
Roadside Assistance and Tire Plan: At $8 per day, this is similar to AAA for roadside and flat tire assistance. Should you opt for this service, we will provide towing, repair, flat tire (due to puncture) repair/replacement, jump start, and emergency fuel at no additional cost to you. If the rental motorcycle is unsafe to operate through no fault of your own, and we cannot get the motorcycle repaired or replaced within 12 hours, we will reimburse you up to a maximum of $75 per day to rent another vehicle. This is in addition to refunding you for the downtime in case of mechanical breakdown.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The supplier does not overbook or double-book the motorcycle rentals, and as a result, the supplier never bumps the customers. If you have a reservation with the supplier on one of the motorcycles, the motorcycle will be available to you during the designated time. If for some reason the specific model you are requesting becomes unavailable prior to your arrival (due to damage, theft, or mechanical failure, etc), the supplier will substitute the motorcycle for a similar or upgraded model. The supplier will never send out a motorcycle that is mechanically unsafe. Customer safety is the supplier's top priority. Since the supplier takes such great precautions to make certain that none of the renters are disappointed, the supplier has to adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
The initial deposit paid is non-refundable. In addition to forfeiting your deposit, the following charges also apply:
Cancellation with more than 33 days notice will receive a full additional deposit refund; No refund will be issued with less than 33 days notice. Any retained additional deposit amount with cancellation notice can be applied to a future rental within 1 year. No shows or less than 4 days notice will be charged the full amount for the rental period. A $25 cancellation fee will be added to all cancellations. If cancellation occurs due to not meeting rental requirements (such as no motorcycle endorsement, expired license, not meeting security deposit requirements, etc) a cancellation fee of 100% of the total invoice amount will apply.
Please understand that the supplier's cancellation policy is in place only to avoid turning away business while not having our motorcycles utilized. If a customer cancels their reservation at the last minute, it is very likely that we will not be able to rent the motorcycle during that period. In all likelihood, we have probably turned away potential customers to hold this motorcycle for you.
DELIVERY
You can easily find the supplier in New Braunfels, Texas, a hip small town centrally located between the Austin and San Antonio airports. They are in the perfect location to deliver bikes to our clients in the locations that follow:

Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice. The deposit required to secure your vehicle (as shown on the secure booking page) will only be processed on your credit card when your booking is confirmed. Please note that a 1.75% credit card charge will be added when your payment is processed.
A booking is confirmed when you have been emailed a confirmation voucher and at this stage the deposit is processed on your card and becomes non-refundable and any cancellation fees stated in the supplier's terms apply. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check your details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any incorrect details, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date.
If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.

Amendments
Please note that some suppliers treat an amendment as a new booking and apply the rate current at the time the amendment is made to recalculate the entire booking amount (not just the days changed). If the rental period is increased, an additional deposit may be required. If the rental period is shortened which results in a reduction of the rental charges, the deposit amount will remain unchanged, and the difference between the original and revised deposit is forfeited (it cannot be used towards remaining rental charges). To request a change to a confirmed booking, please use the alterations request link on your confirmation. Any alterations are subject to availability and the approval of the supplier. In addition to the alteration policy of the supplier stated in their terms, the following charges will apply:
Car rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 25.00
To add or remove extras to/from a confirmed booking: 10.00
Motorhome rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 75.00
To add or remove extras to/from confirmed booking: 20.00
The alteration fee will not be charged if your alteration request is not possible.
Vehicle Capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.
Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a quality service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. In the event of cancellation, any refunds or penalties are detailed in the terms and conditions of your selected vehicle that you are asked to read and accept at time of booking. In the event you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.

A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.
Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a quality service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. In the event of cancellation, any refunds or penalties are detailed in the terms and conditions of your selected vehicle that you are asked to read and accept at time of booking. In the event you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.

TMA Insurance
The supplier's daily motorcycle rental rate for each motorcycle includes the state-required mandatory liability insurance fee. This coverage is in place for your protection should you cause an accident that injures someone or damages their property. This does not cover you for damage or loss of the motorcycle, you will require additional insurance cover for this.(CDW)
In addition to the mandatory liability insurance included in the rental rates, the following optional coverage is available to you at an additional cost:
Supplemental Liability Insurance: At $4.95 per day, this provides greater protection against claims made by a third party for bodily injury and/or property damage sustained as a result of an accident. Coverage up to $300,000.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): At $15 per day, this waiver limits your damage liability to the security deposit of $1,500 instead of the full cost of the motorcycle. Your personal automobile insurance policy may or may not provide coverage for your responsibility of the loss of or damage to a rented vehicle during the rental term. Before deciding whether to purchase the damage waiver, you may wish to determine whether your automobile policy provides you coverage for rental vehicle damage or loss.
Roadside Assistance and Tire Plan: At $8 per day, this is similar to AAA for roadside and flat tire assistance. Should you opt for this service, we will provide towing, repair, flat tire (due to puncture) repair/replacement, jump start, and emergency fuel at no additional cost to you. If the rental motorcycle is unsafe to operate through no fault of your own, and we cannot get the motorcycle repaired or replaced within 12 hours, we will reimburse you up to a maximum of $75 per day to rent another vehicle. This is in addition to refunding you for the downtime in case of mechanical breakdown.
